Tony Blair made a little history recently. He became the first sitting British prime minister to visit California, and while he was there, Blair made an Aug. 1 speech at the Los Angeles World Affairs Council. Blair said that if the world's democracies want to win the war on terrorism, they have to win the "war of values" by showing moderate Muslims that the West is on their side. |
