Looking for the future of Iraq

Karl Rove
August 3, 2007
Making sense of headlines about the war in Iraq can make even the best informed citizens — here and abroad — numbed and weary of the news. Iraq scholar Ellen Laipson says it's important to look beyond the media reports to see a complete picture of how the war in Iraq is affecting the world. In a July 26 speech at the Chautauqua Institution, Laipson discusses the reality on the ground and a series of scenarios for the future of the Iraq.
