In light of the Bush administration's latest financial report, Comptroller General David Walker says the U.S. has made too many promises in the long-term that it cannot possibly keep. Walker sized up the government's overall fiscal condition and what needs to be done to turn things around in a Dec. 17 speech at the National Press Club.
