U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., says most Americans haven't seen much benefit from the expanding U.S. economy. On Jan. 3, the day before he officially took over as chair of the House Financial Services Committee, Frank explained what he hopes to do about that at the National Press Club in Washington.
