New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman brought us the "flat world." Now business consultant Dov Seidman is out with a book on how businesses and individuals can succeed in that business landscape. Seidman says in today's economy it's not about what you know, but how you do what you do, your reputation and the personal touch you bring to your work. Friedman and Seidman discussed Seidman's book "How" in a June 18 conversation at the National Press Club.
